WHAT ABOUT MY LEASE?

 When faced with purchasing a home and being ready to move into their new own home, but obligated to a lease which may not be up for a few months.

Although each circumstance is unique, we have found many landlords that are willing to let you out of your lease. Some will require a month’s rent while others may require someone to fill your vacancy.  Others may be a little more stubborn. No matter which one it is, we negotiate with the Landlord first to find out the best terms they are willing to give and then inform you. It then becomes your choice. We will be here to help you all during the lease period and when you are ready, so will we be.

However, you never know until we try, most of the time we have been successful in getting you out of your lease.
